Because our brownies are freshly made to order, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns on completed orders.
However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item, damaged delivery, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter—either through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
